Return & Exchange Policies

SIZE-EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchanges for fins, wetsuits & apparels (only) if a customer finds out that he/she ordered the wrong size.

We will only accept size exchanges within 48 hours from the time the customer received the item/s.

Customers who wish to exchange their item to a bigger or to smaller size should send us a message at Instagram @ctsdiving or an email to ctsdiving@gmail.com. Included in the message should be the following: (1) Name of item, (2) Order number (stated in the e-mail), (3) Date of purchase, (4) Name of customer

The shipping cost of the return TO OUR ADDRESS and of the return TO THE CUSTOMER’S ADDRESS will be shouldered by the customer.

We ask customers to give us a maximum of 15 (fifteen) calendar days to process their request.

This Size-exchange Policy is bound by the Return and exchange exceptions case presented below.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

If you receive an item that you believe has a manufacturer’s defect, kindly send us a message at Instagram @ctsdiving or an email to ctsdiving@gmail.com. Include to your message the following: (1) Name of item, (2) Order number (stated in the e-mail), (3) Date of purchase, (4) Name of customer

We will only accept returns within 48 hrs from the time the customer received the item/s. 

The shipping cost of the return TO OUR ADDRESS will be shouldered by the customer.

We reserve the right to determine whether the defect is manufacturer-related. If it is then we will ship a new unit and will shoulder its shipping cost back to your address.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE EXCEPTIONS:

We will refuse to accept returns and/or exchanges if:

  • Item has sign of wear and tear – whether intentional or unintentional – which include, but not limited to scratches, dents, scuffs, dust, dirt, abrasion, etc.
  • Item that is bought from other sources including but not limited to gray market (ie bought abroad), competitors, etc. We reserve the right to determine if a certain unit is bought through our store or not
  • Item has any sign of liquid marks, whether done intentional or unintentionally
  • Item has been tampered with, including but not limited to embroideries, alterations
  • Item whose packaging has been defaced in any manner. This includes the item’s container (box), removal of any tags or stickers attached to the item
  • Item whose shipping and payment invoice are not presented to us
  • Discounted items – regardless of the magnitude of the discount – are not eligible for returns.

 

Please be absolutely sure of the items you are purchasing before submitting your order.
